HeyGen Voice is a voice model by HeyGen. On Troquel you use it without a subscription: you top up credits, pick a variant and see the price before you generate. It costs from 3 credits (USD 0.03) per piece, up to 26 credits (USD 0.26) for the highest variant. One credit is USD 0.01 and never expires. If a generation fails, the credits come back on their own.

- Yes. Troquel runs an MCP server: you connect your assistant with an API key and call HeyGen Voice from the chat, on the same balance and at the same price as the web.
- Can I upload my product photo?
- Not with this model: HeyGen Voice works from text only. To start from a product photo, use another model in the catalog that accepts references.
- What happens if a generation fails?
- The reserved credits go back to your balance automatically. A generation that did not come out is not charged.
