Terms of service

Troquel generates images, video and voice with third party models, and analyses ads published in Meta's ad library. It is paid with credits: one credit is USD 0.01.

Today it is an invite-only beta: creating an account requires a code.

The price of each generation is shown before you run it and that is what is charged.

If a generation fails, the reserved credits go back to your balance.

Your balance does not expire: it stays in your account until you use it.

Credits are spent inside Troquel only. They cannot be transferred to another account, cannot be exchanged for money, and have no value outside the platform.

A top up is final. As soon as the payment clears, the money becomes credits and is not refundable, whether you have spent them or not.

Troquel is not a subscription: there are no automatic charges and no renewals, so there is nothing to cancel. Each top up is a one off purchase you make when you want to.

This does not cover our own faults: if something in Troquel breaks and it spent your credits, we put them back on your balance. Write to us and we fix it.

You are responsible for what you generate and for holding the rights to the references you upload.

Each model provider has its own content rules and may refuse a request.

Do not use Troquel for illegal material, or to impersonate a person or a brand without permission.

During the beta the service may break or change without notice. If something fails and it spent your credits, write to us and we fix it.
